Small but rather important point Bastion is available on steam without DRM. CD project can ask steam to turn off the DRM but don't

Hypocrisy
noun: a pretense of having some desirable or publicly approved attitude
Your answer didn't really answer my question, but since DoPo explained it further that's not really important.
Ok fair enough, you can apparently have DRM-free games on Steam. I didn't know that. And i think i am not the only one that doesn't know that. Maybe it's not very unlikely that the devs themselves don't really know that.
Instead of complaining on this forum about CDPR have you thought about going to their own forum and asking if they might disable the drm for the Witcher Games. I think they might just do that, although i doubt it's as easy as you make it out to be and it's just a "Disable DRM" button.
Also:
You can allready get a free copy of each game on Gog by using the key of your steam copy on the gog website. So they do allready provide a drm-free copy of the game to everyone regardless of where they bought they copy.

If you had bothered to read the thread you would have discovered that I don't give a damn about DRM. What I am sick and tired of is people making out that CDPR are future of no DRM when its just an advertising gimmick. They say they are anti DRM but 80% of there sales are on with DRM. They are playing to gallery to make money and thats it. You cant be anti DRM and then sell 80% of your games with DRM.
