I've found all of the Daedric quests except Namira's and Mephala's, so I can list them out as to where you can start them:
Mephala's is short, ask around Whiterun for rumors, there'll be something about the Jarl's kids. Talk to the Jarl.

Namira's starter point is the Hall of the Dead in Markarth.

There's one downside. You'll do 14 out of 15 of them and find out you need a Flawless Ruby, but you found 3 Flawless Rubies earlier in the game and sold them. Now you can't find a Flawless Ruby anyway because your game hates you.
So yeah, if you get a Flawless Ruby cherish the fucker.

Well all I can say is that you guys have been damn lucky. I meet a talking dog, having no idea that I'm about to agree to a Daedric quest. But once I merely say "okay dog, I'll follow you", I have not only the the Vigilant of Stendarr after me, but my former friends the Companions too! I was even forced to kill one of them for good. Seems to be no-way for me to earn redemption here. My good-guy character has been tricked into becoming evil. Anakin style.
Really? there must ave been something odd going on there, because I assisted barbas as well as 3 other Deadric princes and there have been no consequences.
I suspected something might have been up, but I guess it's okay, since I'm the leader of the Companions, and the last quest they asked me to complete was killing a wolf. What an insult. It was also amusing how after butchering Ria right in front of their eyes for attacking me, the rest of them were fine with me after they'd had some time to think it over.

I really hope Bethesda do something about the inconsistencies in logic in this game, as well as the bugs.
You think that's bad? I'm now a celebrated and highly decorated veteran of the Imperial Legion who led the charge against the Stormcloaks in countless battles, rising from the rank of lowly footsoldier all the way to Legate on merit and battlefield prowess alone and put down the kingslayer with my own greatsword, tearing apart the rebellion and scattering the remaining rebels to the winds.

I talk to a random NPC: "this war and bloodshed is terrible!"
I talk to Clavicus Vile, and have the option of asking him to end the war.
I talk to a Stormcloak Loyalist: "you should join the stormcloaks!"

The only people who acknowledge my achievements are Rikke and Tulius.

As for bugs, I once ran into a bug that made everyone in Riverwood with some balls start attacking me while the Guards ran off to hide - until I defended myself, however, at which point they'd bloody join the mob violence by trying to arrest me for murder. And when I say everyone in Riverwood, I mean it: even whatsername, the lady who guides you through about half the main quest does the same, meaning no more main story advancement for me! No-one will let me surrender and console commands wouldn't change their attitude. I had to go back to a saved game a whole level earlier and continue on from there. thank god I only had to go back that far... I would have given up on the game if I didn't have that save.
Yep, I know how you feel. I led the Stormcloaks to victory over all of Skyrim, and still the Stormcloak guards talk to me like shit. I also still get a bounty for killing Imperial soldiers anywhere in Skyrim!
I did laugh when I overheard a Jarl threaten someone if they ever sent another letter to this Imperial General... a general I'd seen beheaded days earlier.

Seriously, it can't be that hard to avoid this kind of thing. At the very least I'd have hoped that Bethesda would've learned not to have NPCs make idle statements that might no longer be true. Just have them comment on how nice a day it is, or something. Beats breaking the immersion.

Skyrim is a great game, but it's not finished, frankly. My fear is that Bethesda will just fix the major bugs, and move on, when they really should work on polishing the game as much as possible. The Witcher is a great example of this. It was undoubtedly buggy on release, but CD Projekt released update after update, even re-recording loads of dialogue. They did so much that it led to an Enhanced Edition of the game, and it's my favourite RPG of all time. I'd hate to see Skyrim's brilliance go to waste.

That's where the modding community will take over with unofficial patches.

And I really can't blame Bethesda for knowing and admitting that their target community sometimes does a better job on rooting out the creepy crawlies than they do themselves.

LOVE the warhammer I got from Malacath, absorbs 50 stamina on hit, so yeh, non stop power attacks from a 2 handed hammer with about as much attack damage as an ebony hammer.

One thing I don't understand about the quest is that the orc chief gets one shotted by the giant if you make him go attack it, however if you accept his offer and go kill the giant yourself the chief will attack you and he is waaaay tougher than the giant was :S

Anyhoo, the only consequence I had to deal with after doing a Daedra quest was a fine I had to pay after murdering Faendal for Boethiah... and it was only an assault charge.
