I play guitar in all of it's forms, from Death Metal, to Eighties Shred, to Baroque stuff on the classical guitar oh and ambient stonery stuff if I'm in the mood. I also play bass, I'm not as good as I am on a guitar, but I tend to play it more like how I play lead guitar, and some of the bands that I've played for seemed to like that a lot.

Piano and bass, both learnt formally, grades and all, and a great combination.

But I can't play the one instrument i really want to: drums. From MY experience (and I don't wanna start a big argument) musicians who can't play drums really want to learn drums, and drummers that can't play other instruments want to learn something else. Weird.

I play guitar, accoustic, sing, Bflat tuba, piano, drums and I can play bass but that is a guitarist playing bass, I can't play slap bass.

My brother wanted to learn guitar, and when our parents had found an instructor they asked if I wanted to learn as well.

Agreeing to give it a try was one of the best decisions I've ever made. (Ironically, I persisted with it longer than he did!)
