Fable 2 is colourful
Oblivions colourful

And Saints Row 2 is a murderfest but it has colour

Actually you spend your time hacking and shooting but Saints Row 2 takes a funny approach though most of the time

I really can't think of one I enjoyed that much.

I never really realized how violence-filled my game library is!

The Maw and Splosion Man are both pretty colorful as are Alien Hominid and Castle Crashers and damn good games at that. If you haven't played any of the Lego games they're at least worth a rent, the best being IMO Batman. There are a few shooters one could classify as "Colorful" for different reasons, one being Rainbow Six Vegas for its environments and the other being Battlefield Bad Company for its charm, characters, and humor and the fact that it doesn't take itself too seriously.

Viva Pinata.

If you think a game is colorful, this game is rainbow colored rainbows by comparison.

EDIT: I really should read posts more thoroughly before posting, now that I see you have Viva Pinata. Well my suggestion still strands that you play it through until your eyes bleed color.
Viva Pinata 2 is what I believe you meant to say. Definitely better than the first (which is stil a great game).

You can't go wrong with Ghostbusters.

Good point about Viva Pinata 2. That is my new suggestion.

Oblivion and Mass Effect don't really deserve the M rating that they have. Alien Hominid, Street Fighter 4 (re-release coming soon. I wonder how many they'll make), Tales of Vesperia, Forza 3, Star Wars: Force Unleashed maybe, Soul Calibur, Portal. There are more, I just can't think of them (seeing how I don't own them)

Tales of Esperia looked really good.
Tales of Vesperia? And no, no it wasn't. I played it at a friends house and it was, quite frankly, downright awful. The best part of Tales of Vesperia was sitting with my friends laughing about how shitty it was.

OT: A game I really like on the 360 is a community game called Kodu Game Lab (it's a very (very) rudimentary game programming program), it's fun, colorful, and kiddish. I quite enjoy just sitting around designing crappy games with it (mostly because I enjoy level design).
Thats your opinion. Symphonia was great and its like the same thing. You just dont like it, picky.

Play tales of Vesperia.
