Any good Co-op games for 360 (not shooters)?

The Simpson's Game is okay as a co-op. Actually, I would only play it as a co-op. Rent it though, unless it is cheap. If you like the Simpson's it's actually not too bad. Lots of in jokes and all that.

Someone else already said Gauntlet, but it's original Xbox and as far as I know, not backwards compatible. But if they come out with a new one, watch for it. Castle Crashers actually kind of reminds me of Gauntlet, only as a side scroller. And Marvel Ultimate Alliance is Gauntlet with super heroes, so also awesome. But again, people have already mentioned these.

If you do have an original Xbox gathering dust somewhere, I have a bunch more...

I'm definately liking the idea of Castle Crashers, sounds good.

I came running in here hoping to direct you to Army of Two but alas, no shooters.

Give Marvel Ultimate Alliance a go. It's actually alot of fun.

I'll be coming back if I can think of any others.

Edit: Oh yeah, Fable II is O.K.

Halo Wars (not my cup of tea but maybe yours)also has 2 player Co-op.

I don't think Army Of Two is FPS though? I'd give that a spin...

It's a shooter. Be it first person or otherwise.

Yes! This. Schizoid is the most coop game ever! Well, that's the game's tagline anyway, but it is indeed a fun coop experience. (except when you get your teammate killed of course..)

More votes for Castle Crashers and Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 1 & 2 here....

Most wrestling games are co-op or have co-op modes.

Also, try Sacred 2. It's a top-down Diablo style RPG with 2-4 player co-op. It's not bad, but it's not great either, so don't pay full price for it.

Also, avoid Too Human! The control scheme is frustratingly bad.

My little brother loves playing co-op games but hates shooters.

Are there any games on the 360 or in Live arcade that you guys could recommend for us? It can be any style, as long as it's not a FPS.

Big fan of the Dynasty Warriors games, good fun on coop.
Just started playing Sacred 2 with a friend, Diablo-ish type game if you're into that.
Someone mentioned Clancy's HAWX in here, does that have local co-op? Cause if it does I'm getting it asap.

Castle crashers is awesome, as many have already mentioned. However if you really want an intense experience i recommend getting Gunstar Heroes on XBLA. Its a contra-style shooter that isnt nearly as frustrating but just as fun and challenging, and pretty hilarious too.

But you were unfamilliar with the concept of gauntlet as a whole, which is what I meant. There were other gauntlet games. A lot of them. You don't jump. You inexplicably shoot things even though your only weapon is an axe or something. You also steal all the food and treasure and piss off your friends. Oh the memories. But yeah, the jester rules. I was always blue jester in Dark Legacy. Well when I wasn't using the code to play as pojo.

Aaaah, Pojo the chicken.
Best character in the game, obviously not choosable at menu.
But the best part was that Death guy.
100 melee hits to kill him, or pussy out and use the Anti-Death.
First option, tiring, but a helluva lot more satisfying when you survive that bastard.

It's one of the traits I love about the gauntlet games. All the neat little extra costumes and characters people discover hidden away in there. S&M dwarf in particular was always good for a laugh.
