Any good mmo's other than WoW?

However much I enjoyed Lotro, it is basicly a skin of WoW. Theres definatly differences like WoW is more polished, and Lotro has much more mature community. I enjoyed Lotro when I got bored of WoW but not for long, I enjoyed it because it was different, but didn't sustain my interest as it is just the same game.

Anyone got any free ones that are actually worth playing? I currently don't have an MMO to play for days I dont want to require having skill, and im not really into the subscription till I get a job. Bored of Guild wars (Prophacies and Nightfall) and dont want to go back to WoW/Lotro.

Warhammer Age of Reckoning and Lord of the Rings MMO are WoW clones plain and simple. As for EVE if you enjoy space combat games without being able to actually fly your ship go for it. Black Prophecy looks like everything i wanted EVE to be.

K ive been playing WoW on and off since it came out and im looking for a new mmo. ive tried the WAR demo it was good but doesnt run well on my shitty laptop on low. It was good if i was getting 10 fps. I also got GW 2 days ago but i dont really like the pve or the pvp and people say the pvp is the best part.I do like that i can run it at max settings even though i use a shitty laptop. But i do like the price per month. So any1 else got a game i could try ?

I´m looking at the guild wars wiki and they say it will be suggested foe release in 2010/2011, they said did´t say when they started the beta, only that it was pushed back from late 2008. It also doesn´t state weather or not it is an open or closed beta (though my guess would be closed beta for obvoius reasons)
I don´t see why i´m n ot smat (spelling mistake intentional, it´s a joke)

Id say wait for something new to come out most of the recent ones have a been a disappointment, but I hear War is the best out there.

I've already pre-ordered Aion from Amazon. It really looks to be awesomely promising, with a lot of pvp, and some PVE. It's in US beta right now, but china has had it for some time already.

This is a PVP video someone made on the Chinese servers. It's sped up a bit, but looks to be really smoothe and fun. Apparently the systems specs aren't that high to make it look this good either.

I've been playing WoW since it came out, and I've been hunting around for smoething new, so this looks like it might be it. I've also played EVE, and it's worth checking out, if nothing else.

Also, I just found out today that 2 of my housemates also pre-ordered Aion. I didn't even know they knew what it was!

Edit: Did I mention you get f(*&%^ wings and can fly?

Age of Conan is a resource hog but its good. WAR is good, but you don't like it. And EVE is good, but its only for a select group of people, the very patient kind.

How can you buy a game that isn´t going to come out fo at least half a year, also the wording and punctuation you used implyed that you were talking about what you had just said.
If you were talking about something else then common sense dictates that you specify to prevent situations such as this
