Paul Ferenc. He was born in Israel and served in the IDF. Which doesn't necessarily mean he's Jewish, but it's possible.

Well, thats what I'm saying. They could all happen to be Jewish. Just because someone is of German descent or is Italian doesn't mean they aren't Jewish. And I don't see your point about the lawyer thing, some lawyers are Jews...Oh, and I know it doesn't matter in the slightest, and is totally besides the point but Ryder is your douchebag friend in SA, not your lawyer.

Couldn't a lot of game characters be Jewish? I mean, a lot of games don't mention the religion of the characters. It seems open to interpretation.

I've never seen a Jewish game character except for the goblin race in WoW.

The dirty Goblins are Jewish? I stopped playing 9 months ago because of the terrible looking expansion so i've no idea what the new characters are like.

Still, religion is hardly ever made clear in games because it has no impact on the gameplay or story. I've never seen a Christian pro/antagonist, nor a Muslim. I'm glad it's like that aswell. If you were forced to play a certain religion there'd be a shitstorm about jesus-lovers blowing up buildings and gunning down civilians before stealing their cars.

The Paladins i've seen don't refer to christianity. The Oblivion (possibly entire TES) Paladins don't use anything to do with Christ. They use some nine-divines crap. For a start, christians believe in only one God, anything more is heresy. WoW's Paladins use the Light, and according to the wiki, don't believe in a God, just in principles of what's good and bad. Holy doesn't mean jesus-related. While they do have very christian-like churches and chaples, i (personally) never really related them to anything christian like. While the word Paladin began as christ-following warriors, it's evolved into a meaning which represents anyone who fights for good.
I don't know about DA and the Chantry though...

The old mythological gods infusing others with super-human powers though...that's a point. Spartan Total Warrior, God of War...i suppose it's because pagans have no power in modern day society and can't start a shit storm the moment their beliefs are portrayed remotely differently than the way they've been taught all their lives.
