Any One Else Tired of Winter?

The cold, the snow, the shoveling, the getting up early to warm up your car. Anyone else sick of winter and wish it would go away and never come back?

Side question: What is your favorite season?
Mine is Spring. Its not too hot nor too cold and winter is several months away!

My favourite season is: None. They're all terrible, but if I had to pick I'd say fall.

Well, at least the snow brought a burst of lightning with it. That's the only lightning/thunder I've witnessed for a year (I live in Scotland). Naturally a dozen people immediately went on Facebook to go "OMG THUNDER".

Favourite season... Hmmm... Autumn. I'm no fan of sun and heat.

I love winter too. I don't mind shoveling, I always dress accordingly (ie I'm never cold). I like watching snow fall, wether it's a fine and eerie snow or a strong blizzard.

Nevertheless, my favorite season is summer. Motorcycle time!

Seriously, I dont want to have to go to school on the weekends to make up for snowdays. ITs just gotten disgusting. I mean yesterday I shoveled off my girlfriend's ROOF.
Favorite Season would be fall, not to hot, brisk, and it rains alot.

I am sick of it. There's about a meter of snow and it's snowing yet again. Car windows are a pain without a garage.

I prefer the Finnish Summer. The late Summer, August usually.

OT: I find it a mark of adulthood to hate winter; its when you look at a foot of snow and think "Oh fuck, how do I get out the driveway?" instead of "YAY MAGIC FAIRY DUST!"

I'm with Astoria. I'd gladly take a nice cool winter's day right about now. Anything to stop the continuous 35+ degree days. It's madness! (also tropical cyclones, noone likes cyclones).

I quite like winter when it isn't being a pain in the ass (snowing people in and such like), but I'm more than ready for the seasons to just move on right now.

Favourite season... summer. It doesn't get too hot here in Scotland, so that's fine, and I like being able to go out without resembling an oddly coloured marshmallow. It smells nice too, may be an odd reason to like it, but I guess that's me all over.

Hate it. I cant stand the cold and its been getting worse every year. Now I have to put on long sleeve clothing just to keep warm sleeping. Plus I hate multi layering my clothes.

Summer sucks as well. Stupid climate change making it even more hotter then usual. Fall is the only season I like. Not to hot, not to cold, and forest scenery becomes beautiful.

Nah, I've grown to enjoy Winter. It helps when you don't get cold easily and can stand there watching other people shiver and stuff, while you are content with the temperature.

Seriously guys, -20C isn't that cold.
