VG Cats used to be brilliant, but it seems to me that as the time between updates has grown the quality has dropped.
Dark Legacy Comics is rather good, although I wouldn't know if a non-WoW player would find it as funny as a WoW player.
Order of the Stick too, although you'd have to do a lot of reading to get through them all so far.

If anybody likes to read comics that are actually good as opposed to comics that a lot of people read for some reason I reccommend Nedroid [http://www.nedroid.net], Saturday Morning Breakfast Cereal [http://www.smbc-comics.com], and Horribleville [http://www.horribleville.com].
www.mspaintadventures.com - Updated almost daily, this one's an interesting webcomic in the style of text-based adventure games. The first two stories were pretty bad, but since the author got the formula correct for the third one it's been fantastic.
I'd start with Problem Sleuth though, Homestuck is unfinished and it will drive you insane waiting for updates once you catch up with it
www.gunnerkrigg.com - Updated Monday, Wednesday and Friday, this is a fantastically drawn and well written webcomic about a british boarding school where weird stuff is happening, definitely worth a look, although it's a good idea to start from the beginning with this one.
www.whiteninjacomics.com - Again updated Monday, Wednesday and Friday, this one's more weird than funny, but it's entertaining nonetheless.
There's also www.xkcd.com and www.drmcninja.com which have both been mentioned already, and www.explosm.net which hosts the Cyanide and Happiness webcomic, although that one's gone downhill recently, so I'd check the archives for older ones.
