Dear god, thats horrible. Luckily I'm not getting all that spam mail, instead I was hacked yesterday and lost all my T10 equivalent stuff across multiple characters and about 25k gold. Got it all back in the same day though.

I blame RealID. Hacking has spiked like crazy since it was introduced.

Easy way to solve hacking? Spend fifteen bucks on an authenticator. Or if you have an iTouch or an iPhone, get the free app. I did, haven't been hacked yet.

My emil account automatically filters out mail with the word "blizzard" or "blizz" now.

Seeing much less of it now.

Very simply. You get the authenticator, it comes with a serial number. You attach that serial number to your account, then save it somewhere so you don't lose it. Afterwards, the authenticator will generate an ~8 digit code every thirty or so seconds that you have to input in order to log in. Literally, making it impossible for them to hack you because of how the code is changing constantly.

Ever since battle.net went 2.0. Happily not playing WoW since before that, and it seems evenly spread across all my safety mail accounts i used for fansites. Will probably set up new account for SC2 anyway tho, just to avoid issues.

Not playing currently, but i have never received a phishing email. I don't know what you people do with your email address to get one, but stop.

Not quite that many but I do get some occasionally. Ironically my account is currently frozen.
