I HATE cooked potatos. So bland and dry.. ugh.
Surprisingly, I like them raw. When you get used to the dirt-like taste they're actually pretty tasty, they have nice texture and are nice 'n juicy.
Of course I like them as fries, as does every human being. If you don't like fries, you're technically not a human so you might want to question your origins.

Funnily enough, I'm Irish and I'm NOT particularly attracted to potatoes. They're allright, but nothing special.

I like them Baked, Mashed, as Chips, as Fries, and cut in half, hollowed out a bit and filled with cheese and pieces of Bacon...
They're delicious with cheese, meat, butter, salt and peeling the skins off is fun.

Irish here, im fond of them but i wouldn't start a thread on them.
I'll happily contribute to a thread on how wonderful they are but i wouldn't be magnaminous enough to start one... Kudos to you fair OP on your love for the humble spud.

I love jacket potato, mashed potato and some of types that i dont know the name of. Why? well, i just like the taste!
I don't know about them cooked I don't find them all that tasty if they're just cooked. I like my potatoes baked with some nice spices.
Oh, a very simple yet delicious recipe for potatoes.
First clean the potatoes, but don't take the 'skin' off.
Cover it in butter and spices of your desire.
Then wrap them in silver foil and put them in the oven for a bit.
Oke, all daytime cooking show madness aside yes I like potatoes and find this a creative and usefull thread

I'm a quarter Irish. I am fairly sure I need them to live.
I like to bake them, then place butter, salt, pepper, sour cream, and garlic in them and then eat them like a taco.
