Anybody have any newly discovered bands that were instantly a favorite?

The most recent band I fell for was the German , A capella metal band "Van Canto".
I give the credit to Happy Viking from Reviewtopia.net, he reviews metal, recomend his show.

But I can't see one of these forums without recomending the Norwegian metal band "Pagans Mind"

There've been a number of groups like that, far too numerous to get into, I wouldn't feel right picking one over the other either. However just over a year ago I stumbled on Red Lorry Yellow Lorry's music by accident, still enamoured by them.

Talk About Weather is probably my favourite album, never fails to inspire.
