Right so ive been working out almost everyday for 4 months minus weekends.
My arm measurment used to be 10'' but now its 13'' and im getting noticable muscle mass on my body like in my chest and back and stomach. im starting to look good but im also only 15,
There any risks i should be taking? i mean an inch on my arms every 2 months? thats a bit immense now that i think about it.
Help me out so i dont like concave my chest or something one day.

It's 13" in circumference, so both your triceps and biceps are adding to that as well. Really the biggest risk you run is not having your diet keep up with your training regimen. Past that, if you gain extremely large amounts of mass in a short time (think steroids) there's the possibility of stretch marks, but you can get those from growth spurts during puberty anyway.

Really, apart from diet and not hurting yourself from over training there isn't much physical harm you can do. Keep things in proportion though, I've seen some dudes with huge biceps and no chests and it just looks weird. Ditto for guys with 3 feet wide shoulders and tiny legs.

I do bi's and back mondays
tuesdays tri's and chest
Next day abs and legs,
thursdays i do cardio
and fridays i do everything.
How long do you think it will take to get 15" arms since its harder to gain the more you pack on.
is the whole 1 inch for every 10lbs true?
