Even though it will be my first Far Cry, yes, very much.

The E3 trailer was very impressive and I hope the "Insanity" guy is the main antagonist. His character showed so much promise.

As long as they fix the enemy AI and make stealth a viable option then I'll probably get it.
Stealth was my main tactic in far cry 1 AND 2. It worked beautifully for me.
Never worked out for me, mo matter how sneaky I was. I'd try and pick people off but eventually a guard would see half my foot poking out from behind a fence from a mile away and every enemy in the area would immediately know where I was.

They seriously need to make it so that if you're laying in knee-high grass so think you can't even see through it, the enemy can't see you unless they step on you.

I don't mean to sound rash, but are your "f" and "h" keys broken?

OP:I'm a bit wary due to the "numbers of a hitting enemies" concept. Reminds me too much of borderlands. However, I did like FC2, despite it's many, MANY flaws. I enjoyed the environments, atmosphere of loneliness and despair, and, unlike other people, I actually enjoyed the ending. (or rather, my choice of ending). The main issues (despite the several others) were that everyone wanted you dead (no friendly, or indifferent AI), and enemies somehow managed to outrun you if you were both in cars. (in fact, nothing was more frightening then walking in a field and hearing the infamous "vroom-VROOOOM! *SCREEEAAACCCHH*" of an enemy jeep heading straight toward you.)
Yes, you are te FiFtH person to point tat out in a day. Also wat do you mean rash, is not tat exema

lol yea, tat noise makes you able to jump out o te way

I really hope tey Fired tat guy wo made te gun sounds in FC2, ridiculous
Also, did no one else complain about te mouse speed in game? I ad it on max all te time, and still i felt like i was stuck in marmalade

I am very indeed looking forward to play Far Cry 3. I loved the prequel how immersive it was. Some people claim moving from point to point was sometimes frustrating but hey you got the bus option; i actually sometimes took the longest route just for the sake of "feeling" the environment, although they should've given the player a more stealth option but luckily they fixed it into the third installment. I already pre-ordered three days ago, and the title is set to be released early 2012, i guess between march and april.
