Wondering if any fellow Pokemon peoples play? Maybe we could get a user group going, unless my rough attempts at finding one were completely failed and one already exists. I'd be down for a battle if anyone is free.

It allows you to build teams of Pokemon, with any legal move, completely customised meta stats, natures, genders, abilities, held items and everything. You can then take your team online to battle against others. There's no animations and the games move at a jarring speed at first, but I soon got used to it. For someone who was getting really into competitive Pokemon but who couldn't get my perfectly raised in-game team online (stupid DS Lite...) this was amazing.

I used to play Netbattle in the competetive battling community, but I tried Pokemon Online and I was not impressed at all. Might just feel that way because I'm too old for Pokemon now, or Pokemon Online is just not very good.

There's nothing quite as satisfying as predicting the opponents switch to Jellicent and using Shadow Ball instead of Flamethrower on my Chandelure. ;D

Off topic, but high five for Chandelure. :D

Anyway, I haven't heard of this before. It sounds interesting. I'll give it a spin later.

I used to be addicted to Shoddy back in the days of D/P/P. Was just off of the top 1oo for a little while, and was heavily involved in Smogon. I haven't been involved with the competitive scene for a bit now. I am thinking about going back to Smogon and getting back into the scene but I probably won't.
