I was just getting into them before they left here, so no I didn't follow them to Penny Arcade, even though I do go to PA every other day or so to check the new comic.

Yep, and it's just as awesome as before.
Hopefully they'll be able to get the Escapist episodes up for viewing again soon.

Yeah, I do. It's the only thing I go to the Penny Arcade site for because the comic hasn't hooked me enough for me to bother with it.

Still do, I already got to PA for the awesome comic and PATV so this was much more convenient for me as well to keep track of the stuff I watch/read.

Every now and than I'll go a watch the new episodes. It's not something I particularly wait for. Even though I did enjoy them, I have been losing interest. I feel they have lost their spark and they don't offer me as much anymore.

I think that money business killed them a little bit. I don't feel they put as much "heart" into it anymore. Maybe it's just me though.

No, I generally watched them just because it was on the front page of the escapist and when I had nothing else to watch. I usually disagree with their opinions and fell that they are rather preachy at some points. Because of this I'm not really going to go out of my way to look up their stuff.
It was a generally interesting show when they are informative of how certain jobs work in the game industry, but when they get up on their soap box I just groan and close my browser.

It's just you. Did you even see their game addiction episodes? It ended with james pouring his soul out on camera. Lost their heart my ass. What show have you been watching?

Yep. I just keep their gallery open in a tab and check whenever I remember it's Wednesday.

I still watch even if I don't always remember to catch their episodes as soon as they are uploaded like I always did here. While the content is just as good as it was before, I still feel there's something missing simply because there isn't the automatically attached discussion like there was here (even if far too many response posts were just people who obviously hated the show from the concept up posting repetitive negative commentary just to "hear" themselves talk).

Nope. There's a number of reasons. But the biggest is that I'm lazy. For some reasons, PATV videos don't play right on my browser of choice. I can play them alright on my other one, but I don't want to bother with it. So I don't. I have a lot of respect for most of the EC team. But in the end there are just too many things making me decide not to watch them.

I used to watch them here. I really admired everything they said, word from word. However, they broke their morals when it came down to the issue with The Escapist. I thought they'd handle it much better, resolve the conflict and get back running episodes on here.

Nope.

They left... just like that. Sure, it was both parties fault.. yet I can't get over James getting lawyers first thing before even talking this out. Along those lines, I even gave them a shot on Youtube. It's not the same, so I stopped watching them. Yea, you can quote me and defend Extra Credits if you'd like but just know I felt betrayed personally. Just me though, and I know they needed money but just the way they handled that situation... it sort of reflects on how they preach in their videos. Bad impression overall.
That's another reason for me. While it seems like the majority jumped on their side, I feel it was 50/50, if not tiny bit more Jame's fault for making things unclear in the first place. Not only that, but how he took care of the situation also bothered me. I don't blame Allison or Daniel as much as they seemed to be mostly on the side-lines while James took control. But since James is the one writing the episodes, that did effect my desire to actively seek them out again.

Yeah I agree with you, I can't really look at them the same after all of that business. I still watch the show occasionally because I go to PA all the time but it's just not the same. It's kind of like I've seen the man behind the curtain and I just can't enjoy it.

I forget about it most of the time, but that only serves to give me bigger chunks of stuff to watch when I'm bored.

I just finished catching up today after about 4 weeks of nothing. Wow, this week's episode was pretty crazy, wasn't it?

Yeah, same here. I fundamentally disagree with them on where the medium is supposed to be going, so I found it unwatchable after a few weeks.

Yea, it's just as good, their last one was a wonderful shredding of Call of Juarez: The Cartel and its blatant racism, kind of frightening to see how mad they can get
