Anyone willing to try a new game?

Hey there! I got a weird request for you all. I don't have many gamer friends so I'm turning to the internet to fill the void of my (lack of) social life. There's this space combat game on kickstarter (God factory wingmen) that's letting you download its alpha (free) to try it. It's a 4 vs 4 with custom ship building and they're making a small tournament this weekend. Would anyone be willing to give it a try with me? They hold play sessions every day at 8pm EST so people can practice a bit. I've been playing it a couple of times already and it's not to hard to get the hang of it. I'd just like to be able to get a team together and I'd rather invite new people to the game then the players who are already there. >w<

I don't mind your skill level or anything, I just want a fun group. Would anyone be up for it? The game's not out yet so there's not really any "pros/super experienced players" yet. Any chance someone would give it a try with me? ^^

Didn't know these guys were up to tournament stages yet, but I did see this some time ago.
How are things looking now, and what is of the best control method to use, KB & Mouse manageable?
Also is there any server region segregation (NA/EU/Asia), and how do the pings stand?

Can't promise I'll have time on the weekend but I surely will try the game out if it's that far along.

I use KB + inverted axis mouse. I played it with the joystick but since I don't own one, I did most of my playing with KB+mouse. I got used to it pretty quick, I like it. They added a lot of ship parts, graphics have had a big upgrade too, balancing, new interface/menu and bug/performance fixes too. Everyone's on the same server, but I've only played with people in north america so far (I think). I didn't get any lag problems. Worst I've seen so far is the match crashing on launch but it doesn't happen often.
