Appalling scenes of dog being burnt to death by kids

Kids in an unknown country (presumably Portugal or Brazil) setting a dog aflame and watching it die.

IMO: The act is beyond stupid and absolutely disgusting. For a human to even consider let alone carry out such a act is bizarre; the kids need to be referred to a psychiatrist.

This videos been up here a couple of days ago already, what can we say other than a tiny minority of people have something seriously wrong with them which means they do stuff like this. Maybe it's due to an abusive home, maybe they were just born that way. I hope these children get the help they need so they can see why their actions were wrong and give them a chance to change themselves before they do something terrible as an adult.

Y'know, I've seen a video of two guys in Kenya being burnt alive for stealing a sack of potatoes, I've seen a video of a 10-12 year old kid cutting someones head off(set in an arabic country, not sure which one), and a video of someone cutting the hands and feet off someone else for stealing(also set in an arabic country, and I only found all of them mildly disturbing, as in I could actually watch the whole thing without getting too disturbed to pause it... in this case, however, I had to stop when they first lit the doggy on fire, before the flames spread...
Yeah, I might be a wee bit fucked up in the head, but far less so than any of the kids in the video, or indeed any of the people who did those things in the aformentioned videos, however that's not the point. I still find them wrong in an uncanny valley-esque way, and truly horrible when I try to empathise with them(or in other words, trying to put myself in their shoes for a moment), but for some reason that doesnt come naturally to me, while it for some reason does in this case.
Guess I just like dogs better than people...
TL;DR - This is by far the most disturbing video that I've seen, and it's the first one I've actually had to stop looking at at some point.

Edit: As for the kids involved, some of you say psychiatric help, now I normally stay reasonably objective in situations such as these(when people do something only a madman would do), but anyone who sets another living being on fire(dogs especially) doesn't deserve to live... plus I really hate children, so I guess that comes into account too here.

However in reality I wouldn't really condemn them to death, given the chance, I just wouldn't be able to, despite the fact that they do deserve it.

That is the most terrifying thing I've seen in a while! Seriously, I don't think I have much else to say. The dog was so fucking panicked and horrified I mean just...just...go kick a ball! Climb a tree! Dance for no reason! Anything is better than what I just saw! I just hope those kids get some sort of punishment and someone tries to work out whatever issues they have. They were laughing at the end...
