Appealingly ugly

Scarecrow from BAatman Arkham Asylum. I mean come on, of course he looks like a terrifying maniac.

But, he looks like a cool terrifying maniac.

I really hate his look, it always seemed over-designed to me.

OT: Walker has half his face burnt off in Spec Ops, but it does look kinda cool. Extra brownie points for the way his shirt burns off entirely asymmetrically.

How exactly? Hood, gas mask, needles on gloves because he torments people with gloves. That's not very defining aside from the needles.

I suppose the eyes could get removed, but still.

OT: stormtroopers. Those guys do not look beautiful in the slightest, they are not sleek. They are in fact, rather bulky and cumbersome (I should know, I wear the damn armour).

They look awesome however.

It's nothing in particular, it just looks a little messy. Like when you overdo something so that you can refine it - just looks odd to me.
