And here I am thinking this is Apples way of glove-slapping Nintendo. I'm somewhat of a developer and I don't think I could live with myself If I sold off something like this.
Sure I might make a Mario Rip-off for fun but there's no way I'd try to make any money off of it. Original content isn't THAT hard to do anyway, if this guy can rip-off most of Mario then adding a new enemy type or obstacle would be a piece of cake.

I think someone wasn't quiet on the ball with that one. I understand how it might happen with the large volume of games they go through but that's a pretty bad miss there.

I love how Mario and the Goombas are radically different resolutions in the second screenshot because the sprites were obviously ripped from different games XD

sooo, after Nintendo sends Apple the formal Cease and Desist Letter, I wonder if they'll try to get the people who paid for the game delete it.
