Yes. This is the US military we're talking about. They would accept it, no sweat.

And if they don't want it, the military here in Sweden would be pretty interested too.
I doubt it, given the known links to global terrorism that the Dalek race have, (EXTERMINATE!! EXTEEEERMINAAAATE!!), the history of multiple attempts to kill every human that exists, I'm fairly confident that the US military wouldn't allow them to join. It would be like taking an application from a known member of ISIS, it's just too silly to consider.
The US has allied themselves with plenty of unsavoury characters in the past.

Hell, a Dalek would have a decent shot of running for PotUS (if born here, which is unlikely, or if being old enough for that rule not to apply). Policies on exterminating the homeless, refugees, black people, LGBT people etc...get a lot of votes that way.

Wasn't there a Doctor Who episode were the Dalek served the Allies during WW2?

Ok sure I only saw bits of it but I can assume it didn't went well later on?

Victory of the Daleks, heavily based on an old 2nd Doctor story.

It didn't go well for Churchill, or, for that matter, the audience. Not one of their best stories.

Just one Dalek? We should send Vash The Stampede to recruit them all, because what would be more awesome of an army of biomechanical soldiers who chant: "LOVE AND PEACE!!! LOVVVEEE ANNND PEEEAAACCCEEE!!!" Seriously? What force would ever want to screw with something like that?

Edit:

If the USA don't want it then I'll take it. Damn, I could get so much done with a Dalek henchman...

As far as I remember, when the US got a hold of a Dalek they kept it chained underground until the doctor came along and freed it by accident (this is 9th doctor, "the last Dalek"). So that.

Also, if we take the point that it's already a US citizen, I think it would fail the physical requirements (can't hand out things with a plunger) and more importantly would probably get disqualified for being part of a hate/terrorist group. But they could still totally capture it and try and figure out how to use its stuff (perhaps keeping it chained underground while they did it...)

Ah, but they didn't know it was a Dalek. Of course, that was after the Daleks shot up Canary Wharf in the UK, but evidently there wasn't enough local content to make the US news.
