Eh, I have what I'd call a mild reaction to spiders but a strong actual fear of them...I can't get near one on purpose for fear that their spider-ninja skills will kick in (or something, I've spent the better part of 23 years trying to rationalize it and am, obviously, no closer now than I was before). I'm generally okay with them in games though, the Resident Evil 1-3 spiders are the worst I can easily remember, but that was saved by me saving acid rounds specifically for them. I tend to freak out at pictures of spiders though - my hands get really weak, I'm reluctant to touch the page, and my eyes naturally wander elsewhere...
Actually, what gets me most in games are skeletons. Not so much the stylized ones, but the ones from Oblivion stressed me out a fair bit. Skele-phobia (whatever) is a lot weirder than arachnophoia...
