Are Homosexuals attracted to themselves?

This ones always been a curiosity for me. Do homosexuals in general find themselves lusting after their reflection in more than what is simple vanity, or is there in general an understanding deep in the brain that its pointless to be attracted to yourself?

Edit: What a strange response this thread got. I don't understand why its such a stupid question, but perhaps thats because I'm not in the habit of going up to gay people and asking them such deeply personal questions.

There's two schools of thought here.

1. You can't do anything with yourself, so it'd be stupid to find yourself attractive.

But...

On the other hand, psychological research says that people do find themselves attractive in most cases.

And you don't have to be gay... Believe it or not, you are more likely to be attracted to others who physically resemble yourself.
Even if you're straight.

Now, I'm not talking about being muscular, or having breasts or not or whatever, but more the shape of your face and your overall proportions.

You more or less tend to find someone with features similar to your own more attractive than someone with vastly different features. (In heterosexual contexts, of course, this is after taking into account the differences between the sexes.)

So... Yeah, research can provide odd answers to questions such as this. Although it has nothing whatsoever to do with being gay.
