But hey, looks a bit more active since I left. Which is always a plus!

Edit: At least gaming discussion is way more active. Posts made today are on the second page. Hella nice to see!

To be honest, I've only started drifting back to these forums after having enough of the circlejerk of opinions over on the MMO Champion forums.

Comparing some numbers I gathered a while ago, we don't even begin to approach the Escapist's hey day. However, we are definitely up since November, when I determined that the Wild West was the second most active forum on the site. Not so much on thread creation, but there are more posts.

Granted I'm not taking into account popular subforums like WW and R&P(since WW is hard to get numbers for and hasn't existed that long), but I think that this gives a decent representation of the activity of the forums.

So it looks like the reinstatement of the latest posts box is working! All they need to do now is move it next to the video player so it isn't in a completely retarded location and make watching ZP on the site more attractive than Youtube, then maybe we'll get some real activity back here.

I am pretty recent. Actually came for the games, but somehow end up more in R&P. I don't do consoles and have nothing to add to console threads or console title threads and am not particularly interested in comics. I also don't go into cinema.

Actually most of the games and genres i play seem to be discussed not that often. Ok, we did get a short thread about Xcom 2 long war, but where are the detailed discussions for EU IV or Stellaris strategies ?

No, i am not complaining, it is just that the number of interesting news here outside of R&P seems a tad low.


Don't have access to WW and am not that interested in it anyway.

It does seem to be picking up but that wouldn't have taken much considering the state the site has been in for a while

Although you may notice that I became a Mod and now all of a sudden the site picks up...
