I much prefer the night, it's much quieter. Loud noises tend to make me angry, so I like to avoid the day.

I'm a morning bird. For definite. Even if I'm not up and awake early (Which I'm not always) Then I prefer lying in bed reading, or in a sleepy state of half dreams... I still prefer mornings to nights.

Um...both?

I dunno, I stay up as late as I can, but I get up feeling great every morning. No coffee or anything needed. 5 hours is good for me.

When I have a very strict schedule, I can be a morning person. I can actually tolerate, and even enjoy, being up in the morning and having the whole day ahead of me. There is a really great feeling when you're wide awake and its like 7:30 and you've had a shower and the sun is just warm and shining through the windows.

However, I always end up breaking the schedule by staying up late. I really do prefer being a night owl, I guess, though it isn't always convenient now that I can't ever sleep in. (The joys of being a parent.)

For the last week or so I haven't got to bed until 5 AM. So from the flying creatures, the one with the better turning neck. And yes, I do like the night. And no, I don't like mornings that much, although there is something magical about them.

Since I am half of the time unemployed with occasionally a week with work in it, Both. My rythm is seriously fucked up.

But the upside of being unemployed is being able to sleep till 12 in the morning, or later

I'm a little of both, but not by choice. I'm up late in the night cuz of classwork, but I need to get up early in order to go to my next class. I swear I've missed out on a year's worth of sleep.

The stars help me think at night, and it isn't quite as noisy as during day. You also see some interesting things at night if you look in the right places.

I'm a night owl, so peaceful at 3 AM.
That is also the best time to do your grocery shopping. During the summer I walk to the grocery store and buy lunch and dinner for the next day. It was quiet, peaceful, and there were no lines.
