I once got a probation for what was perceived to be a sexist post, but a prompt message to the moderators took it off. I'm almost always congenial and (I hope) fair/balanced when it comes to controversial threads. I like pleasantness, respect, and not taking things too seriously, which I think are some of the Escapist's many graces. Because of that, I'm typically low-key whenever I post.

My question thread got locked, (it was asking, "Is raping undead necrophillia?"), and I once got probabtion because one guy commented on my apocalypse thread saying that we were all going to die, and I just said it was a negative attitude.

Read a few posts, and you will come back embracing even the most vile of troll with open arms, and a praise on your lips for there tact and restraint. As far as internet communities go, this is a pretty easy one to get along with.
