Are you an Optimist or a Pessimist?

Was an optimist, became an pessimist, now I am an optimist with pessimistic paranoia.

if smth good happens, i will be pleaseantly surprised.
if smth bad happens, i've lost nothing, since i was expecting it.

As far as I know, A pessimist is what a optimist calls a realist. Well, and other names I dare not speak. I'm a Pragmatic.

more seriously though it all really depends. In different situations I can be pessimistic or optimistic, its all relative to what is gong on in my life and things like that.

I'm an engineer. pessimists see the glass as half empty. optimists see the glass as half full. i see that the glass is twice as big as it needs to be to contain the liquid in it
