Here's the real question.
Are we done with damn vampires?
I hope not, but the direction that "vampires" are going in because of Twilight makes me silently weep at night...
Maybe there should be a game where vampires fight zombies.

Who was it that made the connection that the reason we all like zombies is because we all hate everyone else and long for an excuse to brutally slaughter each other? I think this is right on the money. That being the case I don't see how the Zombie genre will ever lose it's appeal.

Where the zombies try to eat the vampires' brains and the vampires try to scare off the zombies with their sparkly pale skin.

I would so hate that game...It wouldn't work with the blood sucking anyway, though. The vampires would just get infected too and we'd have vampire/zombie hybrids.

I've never really been into the whole Zombie thing. The only zombie game I really got into was Plants vs Zombies and I'm bored of that now.

I've said it before, but I think they should make a zombie game that takes place years after the initial outbreak. Where humans live in isolated pockets both in the city and out in the country. Either you live constantly on the move or in fortress like "safe" zones.

Zombies are great, I just think they need to move on from the opening attack story and focus on humanity after the initial carnage. But that's just me.

Zombies are boring. Other undead I don't mind. Vampires, shades, wights, boneclaws, necronauts (look them up) they're all good.

I highly doubt that zombies are a phase, its just that society's been on a kick of targeting monsters and horror characters recently. After this recent bout with the layman's love of zombies and vampires, it looks like Werewolves are the next thing in.

But for geeks, I do believe that the phrase, "Zam Gah Bragh!" seems to fit the bill.

After seeing Zombieland I would say no, I'm not done with it. With the right amount of humor, zombie games and movies can be great. I also loved Shaun of The Dead.

It's called "Dead Set".

It's based around a series of Big Brother, where a zombie holocaust breaks out, and no one has any idea inside the house, that anything has happened.
