Life is what you make of it. I take the advice of a former boss and treat each day as if it were the best day of my life. Kind of the opposite of the Office Space "Every day you see me is the worst day of my life" view.
Can't say I'm happy with the rest of the world, but my life I am happy with, because I still have it.

I am happy for the most part. Some parts are a little rough, but overall, I enjoy it. Then again, I'm only 17. I've got plenty of years for something bad to happen. Hopefully not though.

I wouldn't say I hate my life, but I'm certainly at a low point in it at the moment.

Sure, I don't have anything to complain about, really. Things could always be a bit better, but they could also be monumentally worse too.

I'd say I'm content, for the moment, sure. Like I like to say when people ask me how I am: "no complaints".

Ask me next week and I'll have a yes or no to that, but right now I'm pretty hopeful. Just had a job interview for a full-time security job, and I already have another one tomorrow with the guy who will be my supervisor if I get the job, so I'm pretty excited. It's not in stone yet, but it's pretty close, and that's enough to bring my hopes up.
