I really need to stockpile GOOD single player games. The PSN being down made me realize how much my gaming on the ps3 relied on the PSN working...

To answer your question: Yes. I haven't sniped someone in a week.(AND ITS DRIVING ME INSANE)

I never realized how much I cared about syncing my trophies and looking at my profile until now.

Not really. I was never much into the PSN while it was up, and now I'm just playing with friends on our consoles in each other's houses in split screen, so it doesnt bother me.

Between single player games, XBox Live, Netflix, Hulu, Dragon Quest 9, the entire Internet not related to Sony and various news channels (maybe the planned third attack on the PSN is going to be carried out by folks who are worried that the pundits won't have any big stories to talk about for a while?), I'm going to have to say no, I'm not suffering from PSN withdrawal.

I might go into withdrawal from a lack of updates on the PSN outage and all of the hilarious commentary and conspiracy theories accompanying any said updates, though. It's become part of the daily routine, after all. If it came back any time soon, people would just go back to taking the service for granted or ignore that it was ever there to begin with.
What will all of the Wii fanatics gloat about if and when the PSN comes back in?!

To be perfectly honest, when It´s all over and they hand out PS PLUS subscriptions I´ve gotten the better part of the deal.

I wish I could say I was. My PS3 broke two weeks into September 2010 and I haven't had it since. Not only have I had to suffer from PSN withdrawal, but instead total PS3 withdrawal. In fact, the PSN wouldn't have bothered me all that much. All I played online was a bit of Black Ops/Zombies and Resistance 2 co-op, but I had other stuff to fall back on.

So I'm gonna go against the flow and say yes. Can I live without it? Yes. Does that mean I don't want it back? No. Replaying most of my single player games has been fun, but it's wearing off. I kinda just want to play a couple matches of COD or Homefront or Battlefield since I did play them a lot of them and it's annoying not having the option to play it whenever I like.

On I side note I'm not too bothered when it's back up, but I really want a specific date they can keep to.

I actually don't multi-play much. Games are about "Me" time, mostly.

I am going through withdrawal, but alternatively, I've beaten a bunch of single player games that have been cluttering my back catalog of games that I never got to because I was too busy playing online. So it actually was pretty beneficial.

Not really. I only own 2 games that heavily use the PSN. LittleBigPlanet 2 and Demon's Souls. Demon's Souls is more used for co-op (which is good because the game is damn hard) and Ive taken a break from LBP2

I wouldn't call it withdrawal but I have a pretty stressful day coming up on Monday and I'd really have liked PSN to be up. Plus I just bought Marvel vs Capcom 3 and I'm curious as to how fighting games have changed since I played Tekken 2 as a child.
