Area 51 is where they make butter. nothing special.
You mean they traveled back in time to teach people how to make butte to draw attention away from their top secrat butter research?

O.T So long as they don't use any technology they make there to destroy/enslave the world, I'm fine.

You know the author made that number up right? It was the first thing he thought of while writing. Though It's a good of a guess as any.

In 1944, the U.S. navy invaded Saipan. During the fighting, a regiment of soldiers managed to corner, and capture, a live ninja.

He was chained in a metal box, and shipped stateside for research. Ever since, the airstrips and hanger facilities at area 51 have been used to hide the ninja research going on underground.

I will be dead in 3 minutes for revealing this to you. Spread the word, so my death is not in vain.
I believe they are using chuck norris and the ninja for study. This is how they designed an anti-tank missile that contains no explosive.

It's actually a testing facility, specifically for aircraft. It has the longest runway in the world, if I am correct. If the US was researching alien bodies/technology/artifacts, they would be doing it in a location that you couldn't find with google earth.

Also, I bet they make some damn fine butter. Then they put it in the lounge to make delicious toast.
Oh, indeed. I bet they also have some delicious jam.

Military and nuclear experiments, because it's in the middle of the fucking Nevada desert, perfect place for shit to blow up and be horribly rearranged on the atomic level.

Or it's a storage facility for all the holes that come out when you use aerosol swiss cheese.

Since you can find Area 51 on Goggle Earth, I'd have to say nothing really interesting happens there, at least not anymore.

Man I remember Area 51, yeah I went there for a holiday to study the human race. However I had to leave after a while because the humans were determined to keep me as a prisoner and run experiments on me, needless to say I broke out and caused one hell of a rampage. After that I moved to Australia.

So in conclusion Area 51 is a great big broken down mess with the words:
VREX IS KING
Graffitied on the wall in human blood and superheated plasma.

Fixed that for you :)

Personally I think it's a research center for really-good-marketing. How many books and movies are made on the basis of Area 51. I wouldn't be surprised if it was actually owned by Donald Trump and he's made his billions there rather than in the "real world" where he supposedly has.

It's probably a research facility. It's not like they are really defending a strategic stronghold out in the middle of the desert. Couldn't tell you what they are researching though. Maybe they are the future Black Mesa. Portal technology anyone?

As far as the alien stuff goes, if there was ever an alien craft there, it's long gone by now. It would have been moved to another facility after all of the press area 51 has gotten over the years.

It's an airforce research/testing place. The chances of there being aliens in a facility you can see from google earth are low. I'm guessing they tested planes like the F-117 and the SR-71 there at some stage, but that's probably as exciting as it got.

Please. Everybody knows that WPAFB in Dayton is the research facility and where they test new aircraft designs. Since the expose on Area 51 years back, the government has more or less pulled out of any activity and maintains a skeleton crew and a full guard on the base to keep people out and also to keep the place from collapsing. They are maintaining Area 51 as a backup and/or fallout shelter for now.

It's probably just there to provide military officials good laughs at the people who spend a lot of their time trying to figure out what's in it.

I used to live on the Dayton Air force base and there is supposedly a "UFO" or something hidden away in the top secret parts of the base. They definitely used to fly different things above my house. I bet they were testing aircraft.

It's where they research alien material brought back through the Stargate isn't it?
