See I always find this argument annoying. People seem to mean something different to what I think when they say free will. When I hear the word 'free' I think of the ability to choose between two different decisions, and unless some external force is restricting you then yes I believe you have free will. Freedom is a lack of restrictions(though there is no such thing as a complete lack of restrictions: gotta eat, gotta shit, etc.)
But that doesnt make us purely chaotic creatures, im not insane, its not like any second I could either spontaneously give all my money to charity and dedicate my life to volunteer work in africa or suddenly decide to go on a murder spree.
In my opinion Human beings are definitly predictable, you should know that because when you get to know someone well enough, spouse, family, friends, etc, you start being able to guess what they are going to do, not always accurately but you can predict them. I do believe If you were smart enough, if you knew everything and viewed the universe the way some people imagine a god to, then you could predict everyones destinies, but that doesnt make people slaves to their destinies since most people are making the choices that lead to them freely.
If you started this by saying "Are human beings totally chaotic and totally unpredictable creatures that could do anything at anytime" I think youd get more nos, but the term free will somehow sounds more convincing than that.
