Grey Fox's cyber armor. Not because it looks badass or anything (though it is somewhat cool looking), but because it can make me invisible.

Alternatively, I would take Darth Vader's armor. Because then when people see me they would think, "That's Darth Vader." And that would be awesome.

I'm in agreement with some of the others, it doesn't get much more badass than the armor of the Grey Knights of the Ordo Malleus. They have sacred manuscripts built into their shoulder plates and a double-barreled fully automatic rocket propelled grenade launcher mounted on their right wrist. You don't screw with that.

the Zeison Sha armor from KOTOR 2. Mandalore's armor. Any of the heavy armors from KOTOR 2, though I often use the Ossus Keeper Robe. There is also Malak's armor

Totally. Sarevok is a badass and I love how you can use him in the BG2 expansion.

That works too. Honestly I like the Dark Suit better due to the varied color scheme but the light suit is by far more powerful. It still screams death's found you to most baddies on the wrong side of her power beam and weapons HUD.
