.......WHAT?

No really. What the fuck?

Damn... the stupid is just too great. *sigh* well at least he got off...I think there would've been riots in that school if he'd have been charged.
Pretty much my feelings. I mean, "It's illegal to share a free lunch"!? Bull. Fucking. Shit.
Even if it was, this whole thing smells very badly of disproportionate retribution. How the hell does a few chicken nuggets (that were given to him by a friend, no less) equal a $170 fine!?

If it was even illegal, this brings me back to the following;
Laws are useful tools but 'law' does not necessarily mean 'just' or 'right'. Indeed, there are many things deemed illegal that were arguably the right thing to do; example, a man finding a discarded (I think it was loaded) shotgun and turning it in to a police station (The man was concerned it may cause harm if simply left there. He even called ahead to let the people there know) only to be promptly arrested and jailed for illegal possession of a firearm. This actually happened.

...the hell? Seriously, they called police in?
But... I don't know what to say. Has common sense really ceased to exist?

LOL.

The first step to the absolute government control amid global meltdown we see in the movies, of which I thought "meh".

This is beyond retarded. They handcuffed a kid for what they interpreted as partial theft of a $2.60 meal? Seriously? This is what tax dollars are used for across the pond?
If Europe wasn't already suffering from overpopulation I'd say just move over here to avoid this sillyness.

I thought we've evolved past this type of retardation, insanity, what ever describes this best.

I think we should just go through all the weird laws and vote if they're stupid or not. Right now! So no one has to go through this crap ever again.

In socialist Sweden
Wikipedia doesn't say anything about a socialist government being in charge.
Oh, I know. But Sweden's biggest two parties are the liberal party and the social democratic party.

Right now the "right-block" alliance is at the power, and they are significantly more to the left, and more liberal, than say; the american democrats. The next election (this autumn) the left block will probably win.

Oh, and I was merely making a joke.

Ahh fucking hell this is bullshit. School lunches are overpriced anyways. If that's stealing, I've been stealing my poor friend's milk for 7 years.
