Arrows are stuck in my body on Skyrim...

Does anyone know how to get them out? I mean... I wouldn't mind, but the way these two arrows have gone in, I'm technically dead.

If you're on the PC, just type in "sexchange" twice in the console. If you're on the 360 or PS3, get shot with another arrow. The other ones will disappear, and with any luck, eventually the one you got hit with as well. It's annoying, yeah.
