Artist Turns All 493 Pokemon Into Cosplaying Girls

I remember there was a manly version of this, where the characters lokked like random shounen villains instead. Anyone happen to have that particular pic? My google-fu is weak. Q_Q
Anyone besides me think whoever did this might get a job offer somewhere? I mean even if you don't like the series or hate anime with a passion you have to admit that this took a lot of creativity and dedication. I highly doubt even the pokemon they are based on took as much design time as these girls. "We need a rock monster for the new series" "Take a rock throw a pair of arms on it along with a face" "You sure?..." Well that is certainly interesting. Alot of work when into that whole project and they aren't low quality. Noticed a couple were male though, some of them might have just been really androgynous, but I know some were male. Which makes me happy. No wimminz screwing with my Nidoking thank you very much.
Also some seemed a little... fetishy. Like beyond the whole "Pokemon as attractive women (and some dudes)" thing. Like Shellder with her face panties. Or Milktank with her large boobs. And that one ghost with all the bandages and the other ghost with what appeared to be some bondage equipment. Seriously there's one towards the end that's got some restraints.
Although I'm not a huge fan of the ridiculous amount of (what seems to me) typical Japanese style women, I can at least appreciate the effort that went into this. Sure I think they could have done a better job representing some of them (No Snorlax doesn't have to be fat, but at least give her some more meat!) and some were just where clothes vaguly sugguesting a Pokemon (Cyndiquil's evoluation chain in perticular), but good work overall by the artist.

Just went through and tried to name all that I could from that image alone. Since I could only do the first 151 I was rather shocked to discover that despite having not really had anything to do with Pokemon since I was 10 I can still name about a hundred, if not more.

This seems like a really time consuming and not a little absurd thing to me. I'll admit he's got dedication and commitment but I question his reasoning.
