It actually is kind of impressive how much work would go into something like this. Kind of ridiculous, but impressive.

this is hardly anything new, these are pokemon gijinka, moe anthropomorphisms of pokemon. It is a very popular type of pokemon fanart around deviantArt, it allows for the "fanart" to be a bit more creative since you aren't drawing the actual designs of the franchise you're sort of creating your own by redesigning the pokemon as a human.
I commend the artist's drive to do all of them though, and they are very cool versions too.
