I'm a big NIN fan, and The Slip is their worst album IMO and With Teeth has some great tracks (The Hand That Feeds is super catchy and dance-able). Their best is The Downward Spiral with Pretty Hate Machine close behind IMO.
I agree....more or less

its a shame he didnt do more of that "80's" sounding industrial (downward spiral reflects it a bit)

I think I'd actually like alot more industrial if the "singing" wasn't so much monotone emotionaless growling (like KMDFM or Skinny puppy...KMDFM are slightly better in that regard though)
Yeah, I agree with you there. The monotonous tone of voice in alot of industrial music really turns me off of many interesting bands. I get the concept though, the idea that creating monotone vocals creates a more mechanical/produced tone, emotionless in other words.

Fever by Bullet For My Valentine. Absolutely love The Poison and Scream Aim Fire was alright, but Fever was just a shitload of mediocre metalcore riffs, coupled with pretty average lyrics. Was missing all the passion that went into The Poison.

Metallica's St. Anger there was nothing worth listening to on the album even the Load albums had a few catchy tunes but St. Anger just sucked.
I actually liked St. Anger which usually means when i say this i have to run for fear of being dis-embowled x)

For me personally Oceania - Smashing Pumpkins latest album T-T

Just compare and contrast Oceania to Siamese Dream... Billy Corgan is awesome and all but it's not the same without the old crew :(

Pablo Honey and Amnesiac - Radiohead

I'll forgive the first one since it was their debut album. Amnesiac had a few awesome songs, but overall it was pretty weak.

Also, Linkin Park was never good :p

I'd say that the worst Beatles album (not EP) is With the Beatles, almost no innovation that could be found on any of their other albums.

And any Pink Floyd, for all their lofty heights, has Ummagumma. Awful, awful, garbage. Nuff said. Most of the stuff they wrote between Piper at the Gates of Dawn and Atom Heart Mother is pretty bad.
Firstly, dude, I love Piper at the Gates of Dawn! Syd Barrett is kind of a musical genius in the way he makes music. I will agree that Ummagumma is their worst though, but this was their transitional phase; away from the Psych Rock they started with Syd on and into the Prog Rock we all know and love them for.
Hey man I said in between. Piper is good, and Atom Heart Mother isn't bad. The stuff in between....much less than sublime.

I'm surprise how almost nobody mentioned The Final Cut yet keep bashing A Momentary Lapse of Reason and The Division Bell by saying Gilmour failed without Waters. There is a clear separation in quality here. Water's wasn't infallible.
