The Mods really aren't gonna care if you ask about the Dope and Hookers (there've been plenty of threads about it which the mods seem to ignore). I for one would like to know a little more about the regulations of the weed.

drugs are a bit of a gray area in Holland they arent illigeal yet they arent legit if I remeber correctly you need to be 16 to use soft drugs and 18 for hard drugs

That's confusing cause how can you have rap but not hip hop, seeing as one is a part of the other. what do u mean by preachy rap? as in christian rap.

We did have Opgezwolle and Osdorp Posse. Though I am not a big fan of that genre, they were quite good.
