Too stringent and conservative. Whats shows the lack of faith people have in the politics over there is the compulsory voting in place.

No. It's ones option to vote. Although I don't like people not voting I understand that they have the right to not vote, just as much as right to vote.

Very good point, though personally I don't see compulsory voting as anything to serious, since the PM will be making national decisions that can effect everyone.

Fine, by all becomingly infitesimally small so we need less energy to reach 2.8x10^8 m/s like photons do. Then we'd be travelling the speed of light.
