At what forum were you most active?

I've only been on two other forums. One I haven't been on in over four years, and the other I'm more of a lurker (Destructoid, though I do post on the main site comments a good bit).

The only other forums I even go to occasionally to browse or Destructoid's and BioWare's.

Technically my highest post count is still on X360A but the plan is for this one to become the regular forum

I also look at stuff on football forums but don't actually post on them

Anyway, the first forums where I had a lot of activity was the GameFAQs forums, where I was actually fairly well known on about half a dozen boards. I remember more than a few times when I revisited a board I hadn't been to in a while only to get a bunch of "Hey wow, haven't seen you in a while!" replies on my post. After that I was heavily active on the samus.co.uk forums (SCU as we cam to call it), but those don't exist anymore because the webmaster went emo after a couple of bad Metroid titles. Heaven forbid the site should remain for the same of the old and good titles... but alas.

Since then I've never been too active on any forums. Tried to get active here, but for some reason I just don't find myself coming to the forums that often...

Before the collapse of the NSider forums, I was extremely active over there. Nowadays, this is the only forum I participate and be a part of.

Why go anywhere else when the community here is so great?

This is going to make me sound like quite the pirate, but it's exactly the opposite. I spent a good 3 years as a forum moderator for isohunt (link willingly withdrawn) but gave up the position in lieu of other, more normal pursuits. Being married will do that to a guy.

Ehh, probably GameFAQs message boards (in general. I hop around quite a bit, the SCII board, the TF2 board, the SW: TOR board, etc). Here is definitely second place, but only by a little bit.

I used to go to www.legendofzelda.com and used the forum there a good bit under the name Mata Nui. A lot of the people there also use this site, also, or at least watch the videos here. It was pretty small, so it's a transition from there to a community with thousands of people on it or something.
