Yeah, go try asking over at DeviantArt or some other artistic collective if you can exploit their talents without compensation. The majority will probably chew you out, but you might find some someone willing to help you.
The Escapist boards are a lot of things, an artist collective is not one of them.

I tried a similar approach when trying to create character profiles for the contents of a book I was writing once- it didn't go well. Just a heads up.
