As for possession its illegal to import things which are RC unless you have a special exemption.

Except that customs does not give a crap about videogames. It has to be something super obviously RC for them to notice. And the general rule is that videogame covers/packaging tend to not be explicit and therefore customs passes them over without a second look unless you're bringing in huge quantities.
