As for mine, it's Nepeta (a.k.a. arsenicCatnip) from MS Paint Adventures expressing her frustration. I picked it because it seems to suit me pretty well these days.

Mine's Vaarsuvius from the webcomic Order of the Stick. I choose Vaarsuvius cus 'e's my favorite character from the series. I guess I can relate to V's intellect and problem solving approach. Plus in my avatar V's just gone "POWER! UNLIMITED POWER!" and about to bring down some serious magical hurt on some poor motherfuckers.

Somebody likes their Half-life I guess. Particularly Barney.
