Let me start off by saying this isn't a real game. Its just an idea I had and I was wondering what others thought of it.
Recently me and a couple of friends have gone back to re-watch the old Last Airbender tv series. Its really well written and still jsut as funny now that Im in college even. I know theyve made Avatar games before, but you usually play as Aang and the games are really childish. But I think if some developer really tried, itd be a really good game.
Lets say the game was a prequal to the show and played out like a Western RPG, and it takes place JUST as the fire nation attacked. You would choice which nation your character was born in (also determining which element you'd be able to bend) And also get to chose what your character looks like and all that jazz. The first few hours or so would take place of you living and doing stuff in your home nation, and learning some basic bending, and depending on where your born youd have a different starting story. (Kind of like Dragon Orgins). And tehn eventaully youd be able to set out into the world. I could see it being free-roamish. oo the point where there was a very wide area for each indvidual nation.
Youd travel and bend and follow a main story along with side quests and yada yada yada. And once you got really high level you could do some really cool stuff. Like if you were a fire bender you could eventually shoot lighting. Or if your air you could jump realyl high and use your glider to fly around. Stuff like that.
I really want a game like this now.
