AvP or Just Cause 2?

Well I have finally managed to get myself enought money to purchase a new game only to find myself unable to choose which game to purchase so if you guys wouldn't mind leaving the game you would choose and why, it would be tremendously helpful! thanks in advance!

Just Cause 2. It's pretty fun, but the missions start to get boring in the end.

I would suggest AvP without question, but it seems like everyone else hates it.

From what I've played of the two, I'd go with just cause, much more playability and longevity.

Just cause 2,no doubt, its very good value for money, extreamly fun, and the main person acctually speaks english..mostly..

I've yet to get Windows 7. With XP your only choice (on the PC) is AVP.

If you want a game so poorly designed that it's known to cause cancer, get AvP.

I haven't played Just Cause 2.

All joking aside, they're fairly different games. Third person open world stunt playground versus mostly stealth-based first person experience. Which sounds more like your cup of tea?

I have AvP and like it, but only played the demo of JC2 (I've played the first one).

They are, however, VERY different games. You can't really compare them. It depends on your tastes. If you like tense FPS action go AvP, if you like open world mayhem go JC2.

Just Cause 2 without a doubt, I havn't bought the game but I've spent atleast 5 hours just replaying the demo.

Are you out of choices? Because those games are really not the best on the market at the moment.

Of the two, I'd say AvP, but that's because I detest Just Cause 2.

whenever you post something like this on a forum you're bound to get mixed responses...but I personally think AvP sucked though I haven't play JC2

AvP is an abomination. The AI is bad, the graphics are bad, the controls are bad, the relentless fan service is irritating (on the Marine campaign you get told to "stay frosty" roughly every 7 seconds) and there's the glitches; an NPC just randomly gibbing for no reason or teleporting a metre away from his original position because he got stuck on some scenery.
