Awesome Moments in Games

This has probably been done before but....

Have you ever had a moment in a game which you found awesome? Like a part in the story which really made you go "Wow...", or a point where you where totally immersed in a game.

One of mine was in Morrowind I just randomly followed a road in any direction(I had just started the game) and I found myself lost in a swamp with no roads trying to get some Redgaurd lady to a village in the swamp, and my save was about 1 or 2 hours back... In the end I managed to get her to the village and got the boots of blinding speed.

Apart from the usual leaving of Vaults, dungeons or being thrown from planes, it's usually something violent.

Final battle in King's Bounty. It is a TBS, so there was nothing spectacular and cinematic, BUT think about this for a second: I was a mage fighting for the fate of the world against an army of dragons atop of the World Turtle's head, using the Armageddon spells.

Dawn of War 2, in the last mission when tyranids are swarming the planet and you go on some kind of suicide mission to poison the hive; well, when the last genetic pool is poisoned the mission status is updated to "Kill everything you can before you die".

What sucks is that after one minute of fight, reinforcements saves you....

Mine was using the Cain in Mass Effect 2.
I fired it while fighting some geth.
Next thing I know the geth have appeared to have evaporated and I know I have a weapon forged in God's mighty flame.

Crysis 2 probably had my biggest WOW moment so far. Towards the end I was making a mad dash across some rooftops to get away from those hunter/stalker bipedal aliens, and suddenly I ran out of road, so to speak. That's when the ground started quaking like crazy...

... and the entirety of Central Park detached itself from the ground and rose into the sky, forming a floating island. Which then turned out to be the final level of the game. AWESOME.

I just played through it again last night, and I still love it.

Getting the "And they came to hear me beg" achiev in Halo Reach, in only 14 tries. Then, directly after getting the achiev, headshot the 3 jackals in one movement, throwing a grenade right in the middle of the reinforcements and stepping up and in one fluid movement punching the grunt of a cliff.
That was 0.o 0.0 ^.^ \o/

I was like "LIKE A BOSS BIATCH"
