How do you like your bacon? When do you like your bacon? Do you like bacon with something, in a sandwich or dipped in custard?

Personally I like really salty crispy bacon with cheese in a sandwich, but what about you? Any pearls of wisdom to share on what goes well with bacon?

I live in Israel, so bacon isn't easy to find since it's not kosher... When I go to the States I usually have some, and it's delicious. I haven't had enough to really say how I like it more, though salty is good and not too crsipy, please.

Lightly grilled in the same way you make toast, added to a sandwich with cheese, salt, pepper, and a choice of sauce (either BBQ, salad cream, tomato sauce, burger relish, or whatever else I find at the time). Then closed up and lightly toasted on either side.

They is no wrong way to bacon, except to not ban at all.
That said, good better bacon needs to strike a balance between chewy and crunchy.

Fried crispy, with a few drops of honey poured on while its still hot in the pan.

Lightly grill a piece of chicken, slice it open along it's edge and put some cheese in it. Then wrap it in bacon and cook until its crispy brown.

As for regular-people bacon, I would recommend toasting the bread for a minute so the butter melts on it, but its still bread-like. Imagine having an orgasm in your mouth.
