Shortcut with no rind for me, if I eat meat I want meat, not fat.

Lightly fried.. so lightly that it barely changes colour, in a sandwich, with a little cheese.

Crispy and dipped in maple syrup is the best! Better yet, glazed in maple syrup as its cooking. Have you ever had candied bacon? It's totally a thing and it's so awesome it deserves three exclamation marks!!!

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of arteries suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.

OT: Crispy to the point of being partially burnt. Then I toast up two pieces of bread and have a crunchy bacon sandwich. Floppy bacon is not bacon in my eyes.

Back Bacon. None of this belly cut nonsense that is as much fat as it is actual meat.
Chewy. (not undercooked, but I honestly can't stand crunchy bacon)
In a bun. (or even better, something like a baguette or a sub)
With Brown Sauce.

Perfection.

When I worked in subway I got a liking for having it absolutely nuked, black and crunchy. On top of tikka chicken. Mmmmm.

Pretty well done in between two slices of bread or a roll with lots of Brown sauce.

Bacon and salad sounds so wrong, why even attempt to make it healthy?

Honest to god I have no idea.
My girlfriend came to England to visit and one morning I gave her a good old fashioned bacon and egg sandwich.
Now she bawls whenever I mention bacon and the fact that she can only get belly cuts (aka streaky) in the USA.
I spent 3 months there recently, breakfast just wasn't the same.

We even took up Bacon quest; to find purveyors of back bacon but nobody sold it. Butchers were even confused when we asked for back bacon.
"You mean the offcuts from the meat?" That was a legitimate answer one such butcher gave us.

It's bacon. So long as it is cooked to the point of not hurting your stomach, it's good.

My preference is baked, actually. Cooks it evenly and allows you to have as much or as little grease as you'd like.

It's so strange. I used to live there, and while a lot of the food was awful (incredibly awful, the vast majority of it), I never really ate that much bacon. Now I look back and wonder what they even do with it? Such a waste

That's fucking disgusting. It makes me want to vomit, the part where they barbequed all of the food in the "pigs and poultry" video was gross.
