I really can't believe that guy received a 37 for that paper. It should have been a zero for such a crappy paper.

BTW...sorry for the poor grammar in my earlier posts..I am quite tired and I probably need to log off now and head off the bed.

One of my high school teachers once told me that when he was in college, his professor told his class that next week they would be having an open-book test, and that they could use for this test anything that they could fit into their backpack. On the day of the test one of the students walked into the class carrying a former student who had graduated that class in his backpack.

I had a math test once in which I answered with a load of meaningless equations and the statement "It's clear I have no idea what I'm doing here, so here'a drawing of a sheep."
*snip*
out of interest how did that work out (in terms of marks)?

because x obviously equals a happy sheep.

I had a friend who wrote a report on someone (Joseph Pulitzer, I think) in the style of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air theme. I also wrote a report on John James Audubon that included a Pokemon reference with his birdwatching.

Oh, and not an answer, but that same friend drew a whale on the back of his test paper to get extra credit.

I regularly draw random stuff on my tests. I think on one of my last tests I drew a monster truck because one of the questions mentioned something about vehicles with big wheels. I got full credit, probably because my teacher is a "bleeding heart liberal" as she puts it.

I can't decide which one is more hilarious. The second one made me laugh harder (especially since it's Honors English), but you can see the teacher just stopped trying to grade the first one after a while, which is pretty funny in itself.

In one of my college classes, the professer put a silly question in for bonus marks. The requirement: draw an elephant. One student made a single dot on the page and explained that he did, in fact, draw an elephant... way off in the distance. He got the bonus mark.

I can't remember this exactly but there was this expand the brackets question, and the pupil just stretched out, or expanded, the question. It's kind of hard to explain so if anyone can find a picture please post it.

I'm crying with laughter. That was genius. I loved the marker's response to "The Civil War was fought between China and Pakistan."

One of my friends that graduated, he was taking a test and there was an essay question. Instead of doing what it asked for, he drew an elephant and put the word "Why?". He got full credit for it.

The Christian marriage one is by far and away the best - I imagine someone did it on purpose though, because let's face it, it's true.
